Have Healed from a severe emotional, physical, and mental breakdown. I survived two divorces and many failed relationships, which helped me radically heal my mental health and well-being, so I can help you love who you are and create a luscious new life.
I learned the art of resilience and manifesting new beginnings through overcoming childhood trauma, abuse, and suicide, so I can help you create a forgiving and loving heart and take back the power in your own life!

I am a mum to 3 very grown-up children and a Nannie to 9 grandchildren scattered globally.
I have survived two divorces and hundreds of failed relationships. I juggled a full-time career as I fought to keep my family safe and secure.
I feel blessed to use these life experiences as personal tools and strategies throughout all that manifested drama and chaos. The sacred tools you need from me to lead you away from the victim mode and into a love-filled luscious living mode!
Having lived a life of self-sabotage as I lived in shame and guilt that led to me completely losing myself, on my healing journey, I learned all the tools and skills needed to help you learn how to forgive; and live with what is, with acceptance and love in my heart.
I discovered that I was the cause of all the crap that was going on in my life.
I realized I had to own my shiz just because I had been an abused and abandoned child, which left me craving the love and nurturing I had been denied and had to stop!
I soon learned the truth about my past manifestations and patterns, which allowed the healing; to unveil what I was hiding behind my walls.
I became a magnet to toxic narcissistic and psychopathic men, which led her down the dark path to attempted suicide. So have 100% compassion for anyone remotely close to having been that and knows how low you can go!
The upside is I now know how to bring you back up by following her expertise, setting boundaries, improving your mindset, and planning to create the luscious life you desire.
